>> In this form, you will have to fill the complete information of new family members accurately.
>> In the next step, along with this form, you will also have to upload scancopy of all the above mentioned documents. After this the form has to be submitted.
>> After the form is submitted, you will get a registration number, through which you can login to this website and track the form.
>>Officers will verify this form and documents. If all the information given by you is correct, then this form will be accepted and a ration card will be sent to your address via post.
